This is the Owner Listing page. It displays contact information for all users of the site. Users who have chosen not to share their contact information to you will be displayed as ** private **. You can adjust this setting for your own contact information by going to 'My Profile' and setting the 'Restrict my contact info' pulldown to the desired setting.
You can sort on most columns (in both ascending and descending order) by clicking on the column heading.
If other users have uploaded their photo, you can toggle photos on and off by checking and un-checking the 'Show Photos' checkbox.
You can also do a search for a particular name or 'position' using the controls near the top of the page and clicking the 'Search' button to perform the search. For example, to display all owners with the name of Smith, you would type 'Smith' into the 'Search For Name Containing' box and clicking the 'Search' button.
The information on this page is derived from the user list, so there is no editing functionality available for this page. When a household or person leaves the association, they should be removed from the user list.
Changing the Board Members list: You cannot change the Board Members list directly, since the Board Members list is derived from the user list.
When Board Membership changes, here is what you do to correct the Board Members list:
- Go to Site Admin / User Administration and click the Edit icon next to each user to change
- For everyone who has LEFT the Board, change their Access Level back to 3 and their Position back to Owner
- For everyone who has JOINED the Board, change their Access Level to 4 and their Position to match their Board Title
- For everyone who has CHANGED BOARD POSITION, simply change their Position to match their new Board Title
The above instructions assumes you are using the recommended access levels for Owners and Board members. If your policies differ, adjust the access levels accordingly.
